316Ti Stainless Steel is a titanium-stabilized form of 316 austenitic stainless steel, with major elements being chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), and titanium (at least 5 times the carbon). The presence of titanium increases resistance to intergranular corrosion when welding and at elevated temperatures. The alloy provides a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Stainless Steel 316Ti Forged Fittings maintain superior toughness, weldability, and corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-containing or acidic conditions, and are perfect for high-performance, long-life piping connections.
